By air to Bella Bella, Bella Coola or Port Hardy, then float plane or boat to the lodge. Almost every operator here includes or arranges the final transfer leg, and it is weather-dependent.
Most lodges operate from May to early October. Bear viewing concentrates in late August through early October, when the salmon are running.
