How to claim
Email hello@lodgewise.ca from an address on your property's own domain, with:
- the name of your property as it appears in the directory
- anything that is wrong or out of date, with a link to where the correct figure is published
- the best address for receiving enquiries
We reply within two business days. There is no contract, no monthly fee, and no minimum commitment.

Questions from operators
Does claiming my listing cost anything?
No. Claiming is free and always will be. It lets you correct the record and receive enquiries — it does not change your position in any listing or comparison table.
How much does a lead cost?
Your first lead is free. After that, a lead is priced at 3.0% of the estimated booking value — for a party of four at a typical rate that is usually somewhere between $25 and $750. You see the exact price, and the estimated booking value it is based on, before you decide.
Do I have to buy a lead to see who it is from?
Yes — and that is deliberate. You see the trip: dates, party size, region, budget band and estimated value. Contact details are released when you take the lead. It means we can promise the lead is exclusively yours rather than sold to five operators at once.
What if the enquiry is not a fit?
Click "pass" in the email and you are not charged. We offer it to the next best-matched operator. You have 18 hours before the offer expires on its own.
Are leads exclusive?
Yes. A lead is sold once. When you take it, it is withdrawn from everyone else and the cascade stops.
Can I be removed from the directory?
Yes. Email hello@lodgewise.ca and we will remove your listing, no argument and no retention offer.
